# Organize and edit deliverables

**Deliverables** is the library for work created in CorpDev.Ai. Uploaded reference material lives separately under [Source Files](https://docs.corpdev.ai/corpdev.ai-docs/source-files-and-ai-room).

## Find and organize work

Open **Deliverables** in the sidebar. Use the visible search, folder navigation and view controls to find your document. **Recent** helps find current work; folder views help organize a project. A restricted viewer may see only the folders or boards explicitly granted by an administrator.

Open a document by selecting its card or name. Use **New document** to start a blank document. To organize existing work, use its menu or select documents and choose **Move to Folder**. A move changes where the document appears; a copy to another workspace creates a separate item whose access must be checked in the destination.

Where available, **Pin to sidebar** gives a frequently used document a shortcut under **CorpDev Brain**. Pinning is navigation, not an additional sharing permission.

## Edit and revise

The document editor combines authored content and an Analyst conversation. Edit the text directly or ask the Analyst for a specific change. Use headings to make a long deliverable navigable. Check the save state before leaving a document, especially after a connection interruption.

Review the document after an AI revision: a request to improve one section can affect related content. Keep a copy of a material deliverable before a large restructuring when you need an independent reference.

## Presentations and spreadsheets

Ask the Analyst for the output you need, including audience, structure and sources. For a presentation, specify the message of each section and the expected number of slides. For a spreadsheet, state the input data, calculations, units and assumptions.

Use the editing and export controls available for that deliverable. Inspect slide layout and spreadsheet formulas before sharing. An exported file is a snapshot; later changes in the app do not update a file already downloaded or emailed.

For work in an actual Excel workbook, see the [Excel add-in](https://docs.corpdev.ai/corpdev.ai-docs/work-in-excel). It provides a separate review-and-apply flow for workbook changes.

## Export and share

Choose the format shown by the document's export controls. Wait for generation to finish, download the file and open it in the intended reader. Check page breaks, charts, table widths, images and formulas. If a large export fails, retry after confirming the document finished saving; use a smaller document if the error indicates a size limit.

For a live document link, use sharing controls and inspect who can open it. **Shared by me** helps locate shared documents. Read [Sharing and data handling](https://docs.corpdev.ai/corpdev.ai-docs/sharing-and-data-handling) before distributing confidential work.
