# Connect email, files and meetings

Open **Integrations** from the app's integration shortcut or account area. These connections belong to your account and remain connected as you switch workspaces.

## Connect a provider

1. Choose the provider shown in Integrations, such as **Microsoft 365**, **Google Workspace**, **Office Documents** or **Fathom**.
2. Select its connect action and sign into the intended provider account.
3. Review the requested permissions and complete the provider's authorization flow.
4. Return to CorpDev.Ai and check the connection state. Use the provider's available features only after the connection succeeds.

A provider can require organizational administrator approval. If it blocks authorization, resolve the permission requirement with that organization's administrator rather than repeatedly reconnecting.

## Email permissions

Google and Microsoft connections distinguish reading from additional capabilities such as creating drafts and sending. Use the permission controls shown for that connection to enable only the actions you need. A connected mailbox does not imply sending has been enabled.

Before sending from an integrated account, verify the sender, recipients, subject, body and attachments. A draft and a sent message are different outcomes. Check the provider or the relevant delivery record to confirm what happened.

## Account connections and workspace information

Connecting an account does not give teammates general access to it. However, content imported or captured into a workspace—such as an email excerpt, meeting note or copied file—becomes workspace content. Confirm the current workspace and destination before capturing it.

Disconnecting stops the connection; do not assume it removes content already copied into a workspace or messages already delivered.

## Manage or repair a connection

Open the provider's **Manage connection** controls to reduce permissions, reconnect or disconnect where offered. If data is missing, check the signed-in provider account, granted permissions and the scope of the feature using that connection. Expired authorization can require reconnection.

Fathom opens a meeting-library connection flow. Office document access is presented separately from mailbox permissions. Do not assume connecting one provider capability enables every other capability.

## Other ways to work

Integrations also offers the available desktop installation, [Excel add-in](https://docs.corpdev.ai/corpdev.ai-docs/work-in-excel) and browser-extension entry points. Follow the live installation link for your account. A disabled or “Not yet available” control should not be treated as an installed integration.

See [Activity](https://docs.corpdev.ai/corpdev.ai-docs/record-conversations-and-decisions) for capturing communications and [Sharing](https://docs.corpdev.ai/corpdev.ai-docs/sharing-and-data-handling) for handling copied information.
