# Account, subscription and credits

Open your account menu and go to **Account overview**. This page brings together your profile, subscription, available credits and usage across workspaces.

## Understand the scope

Your account identifies you. A workspace determines where you are working. The credit pool that pays for a workspace can differ from your personal balance, so check **Usage by workspace** when reconciling activity.

A managed workspace can have its own sponsor or quota. Joining a workspace does not mean every available feature or unlimited credit use is included.

## Check usage

Review **Your subscription**, **Available credits** and **Usage by workspace**. Use the workspace filter to find the relevant context. Where recent job details are shown, open the document to understand the task associated with the usage.

A job status and a balance answer different questions: a job can stop because of a limit, or finish without producing the quality you expected. Inspect both the job result and the usage record when investigating a charge.

AI research, enrichment, extraction and generation may consume credits. Use the cost preview where offered before running a batch. API read scope does not imply that an operation is free—for example, research and contact reveal can still be metered.

## Manage the subscription

Use the subscription action shown in your account to review available plans or billing controls. Confirm the current terms and price in that flow. This guide deliberately does not hard-code plan prices or promise a fixed model catalog.

If the page says the credit balance or usage is unavailable, use **Try again**. Do not interpret an unavailable balance as zero or submit repeated paid jobs to test it.

## Get help with a discrepancy

Collect the workspace name, document or job identifier, approximate time with timezone, expected outcome and the error or usage entry. Share those details with your CorpDev.Ai representative. Do not include API keys, provider tokens or unrelated confidential documents.
